Our 1993 winner Nikki Visser - Miss May represented Lennies, Adelaide
S.A. Nikki was 18 at the time and described herself like this: "I'm a
professional dancer who keeps fit by running, weight training and aerobics. My interests
include modelling and singing. I would like to become an aerobic instructor and
photographic model. My favourite drink is Malibu and favourite food is fruit. My ideal man
is tall,and intelligent". |
1994 - Tonia Lee

The 1994 winner was Miss March - Tonia Lee representing Cocos
Nightclub, Broadbeach, QLD. Tonia was 21 when she won. This is what she told us about
herself back then. "I live in Surfers Paradise in Queensland and work in the tourism
industry and also as a television presenter. My interests include acting, travelling and
meeting interesting people. My ideal man is intelligent and caring with a good sense of
humour. My ambition is to win a Grammy or an Oscar. I love fruit, Caesar salad and
chicken. My favourite drink is a Bananarama cocktail". |
1995 - Amanda Garrity

The 1995 winner
was Miss August - Amanda Garrity representing The Warehouse Niteclub, Melbourne,
VIC. This is how Amanda, then 19 years old, described herself: "I live in Melbourne
and my starsign is Taurus. I work in promotions and modelling. My ambition is to travel
and to be successful in the beauty and fashion industry. My favourite man is a
"snag" - a sensitive new age guy. I find a good personality sexy in a man. I
like tropical fruit and my favourite drink is Malibu and pineapple juice". |

Girl Australia 1996 was Miss July - Colleen Smedts representing Fluid
Nightclub, Darwin, NT. Colleen was 20 at the time and had this to say: "I keep busy
with reception work between modelling assignments. My ambition is to become a successful
full-time model and to travel. My star sign is Cancer and my favourite film is Bonnie
& Clyde. My favourite food is hot and spicy. I find a man who's romantic, makes her
laugh and keeps surprising me, very sexy. My wishes include to grow another 2-3
inches". |
1997 - Monique Grobben

Our 1997 winner was Miss January - Monique Grobben representing Raiders
Nightclub, Queanbeyan, ACT.
Monique was 22 years old when she won. She describes herself: I am a Sagittarius
with blonde hair and green eyes. I keep myself busy as a cheer squad coordinator, compere
and with promotions activities. My interests include dancing, acting, talking and just
"being silly" in general. I like to listen and move to U2 and dance music. My
favourite films include Braveheart and Muriels wedding. My ambition is to become a
TV presenter extraordinaire. I keep fit by rollerblading and my favourite food is Caesar
salad. My ideal man is sensitive, intelligent, cuddly with great sense of humour". |
1998 - Renee Eaves

The 1998 winner was Miss March - Renee Eaves who represented
Stewarts Alexandra Hotel, Sunshine Coast QLD. Renee was 21 at the time and here is how she
described herself: "I'm 175cm tall with green eyes and blonde hair. My starsign
is Taurus. I work as a full-time model and fashion parade coordinator. One of my interests
is to one day have my own bikini shop selling her own designs. I like listening to love
songs and my favourite film is "The Shawshank Redemption". My ambition includes
winning the calendar girl competition, compete overseas and being on the cover of Swimsuit
International Magazine and Vouge. My ideal man automatically puts down the toilet seat and
is domesticated. I keep fit by walking. I love Thai soup and lollies". |
1999 - Sharon Hemmings

Miss Calendar Girl 1999 was Sharon Hemmings - Miss June representing The Playpen, Cairns,
QLD. This was how Sharon introduced herself to our readers: I'm a professional entertainer
with black hair and blue/green eyes. I'm 165cm tall and my starsign is Capricorn. My
interests are painting, travel and entertaining at home with good friends. My
favourite music is anything by Enigma and the soundtrack from "The Big Blue". My
all time favourite film is Silence of The Lambs. My long term ambition is to become a
criminal psychologist. I keep fit by walking, dancing and swimming. My ideal man is
muscular, dark, brooding looks, humorous, good in bed, ambitious, loving and knows how to
treat me as a princess. My fave food is mango and pasta and I love to drink mango
daiquiri. |
2000 - Siobhan O'Reilly

- Miss April in the millennium calendar will go down in history as Miss Calendar Girl
2000. This is how the 25 year old Gemini, from Cairns representing Playpen Nightclub
introduced herself: "I am a personal fitness trainer and aerobic instructor and my
interest are dancing, rollerblading & outdoor sports. I have blonde hair and green
eyes and I love Japanese food and my favourite drink is Bacardi, lime & soda. My ideal
man should be passionate, loyal, honest, protective & be my best friend. My ambition
in life is to travel a lot ( I am in NZ at the moment and will go to Bahamas later in the
year for the world final of American Dream Calendar), I also would like to learn Spanish
and to start a career in TV presenting".

2001 - Tabetha Whitby

Tabetha, representing
ClubCity Nightclub in Ipswich, Queensland was Miss June in the 2001 Australian Swimsuit
Calendar.
Tabetha has an extensive pageant
background but this is her first major international competition win. Ever since the
calendar was published, she worked tirelessly to market and promote herself.
Tabetha has been representing Australia in the Miss Calendar Girl World Finals at the
American Dream Festival in the Bahamas in December 2001. Well done Tabetha and
congratulations from everyone here at the Swimsuit Calendar headquarters! |
2002 - Angela Sheather

Miss February is our
2002 winner. Angela is an outgoing, bubbly young lady representing Bobby McGees in
Canberra.
Angela is
thanking everyone that has voted for her and is looking forward to going to the Bahamas
for the world final in December 2002 . |

Tammara Miss April in
the 2003 edition. She is representing Top End Hotel in Darwin NT. Tammara is 18 and her
starsign is Leo. Her ideal man should be outgoing, funny, openminded and extreme. She
likes to Whitewater rafting, wake boarding and her interest is cars. Her occupation is
Trainee mechanic.
She also where in the National Final of Miss Hawaiian Tropic 2003, on the Gold
Coast in February 2003. Tammara's ambition is to attempt all extreme
sports.
