2010 Calendar Buyers Pick Tessa!

The buyers of the 2010 Zoo Weekly Australian Swimsuit Calendar buyers have chosen their favourite model! And their choice this year was sultry Adelaide based brunette Tessa Boehm. Tessa is Miss October and she becomes the first non Queensland model to win the top title since 2004. She is representing the Highlander Hotel in Gilles Plains in South Australia and we congratulate both Tessa and the venue on this sensational result! Tessa's well deserved win is the result of a combination of the popular vote mixed with a huge self promotional campaign. The voting coupons from SA just kept coming and we suspect that pretty much every man and his dog in Adelaide has a 2010 ZOO calendar on their walls by now...

Tessa can now look forward to jetting off to the Bahamas later in the year when she will represent Australia in the Miss Calendar Girl World Final!.

Head-turning 2009 ZOO Weekly Miss Calendar Girl Australia winner Jerusha Tuart has just returned from her trip of a lifetime to the American Dream Calendar World Finals at the spectacular Wyndham Nassau & Crystal Palace Resort in The Bahamas and she is grinning from ear to ear! And no wonder - she almost had to pay for excess weight on the flight back home because of her bounty of prizes! Following the success of last year's Australian Finalist - Sally Arnott, Jerusha made history of her own by becoming American Dream Spokesmodel Of The Year which means that she could be invited back to the next world final! She also scored her own month in the coveted American Dream Calendar, jewellery, a photo shoot in Hawaii and a stunning crown. In fact, she won the most prizes of all the 80 finalists from around the globe! Way to go Jerusha!

After strutting her stuff on the catwalk in stiff competition with a bevy of the nation’s hottest swimwear models at the recent Zoo Weekly Australian Swimsuit Calendar final in Surfers Paradise, 19 year old Sunshine Coast based blonde bombshell Rachael Gorry now officially owns the sought after title - Zoo Weekly Australian Swimsuit Calendar Model Of The Year.

More than 1,500 hopeful models from all over the nation had entered the four-month long preliminary search held simultaneously at premier entertainment venues around the nation, but only the top 20 made it through to the end.
