Hot on the heels of our brave adventurers and Miss Hawaiian Tropic Australia finalists Sam Schoers and Renae Wauhop who managed to grab a remarkable second place in the recent Amazing Race Australia, comes yet another one of our stunning models about to make it big in prime time! We're of course talking about the vivacious Koa Whelan from the ACT! Koa is one of the stunning models featured in our 2012 Australian Swimsuit Calendar and she is now one of the selected candidates in Channel 7's brand new prime time juggernaut production; "Please Marry My Boy"!

The show premiered on Monday 30 January and is hosted ny Home and Awaya hottie Ada Nicodemou. Koa was one of a large group of young ladies picked for the first round of the show in which the mother of a bachelor gets to have the major say on which lady would be suitable to marry her boy. Koa impressed mum Karen Kenny and Karen subsequently picked Koa as one of the three final candidates for her son Matt. Koa will now have to live with Karen and Matt together with the other picked finalists. We wish Koa the best of luck on her journey!

To say the room was packed is a gross understatement - it was way beyond standing room only at Shooters Superclub in Surfers Paradise when the stunning 2012 Australian Swimsuit Calendar Models took to the stage to do battle for the title of Australian Swimsuit Calendar Model of the Year! The atmosphere was electric as the absolute elite of Australia's swimwear models had converged and they all had their sights set on the most prestigious title in the industry! It was a truly epic night as the twenty two leggy and toned ladies from all over Australia dazzled the crowd and the judges alike.

Yuni & ZOO Weekly shooter Wayne Daniels

The judging panel featured well known ZOO Weekly cover and feature photographer Wayne Daniels, last year's winner Sasha Petit and Miss V8 Supermodel winner (and recent YouTube sensation) Elle Polson. And boy, did they have their work cut out for them! The girls appeared in two sections - club wear and swimwear and the judges struggled t separate them. However, in the end, it was Yuni Wilson's electrifying, cheeky and extremely confident performance to Joe Cocker's classic "You can leave you hat on" that finally won them over.
